Michael J. Taylor

Michael Taylor is Market Area Vice President - East for WM Recycle America, a majority-owned subsidiary of Waste Management, Inc.

Mr. Taylor is responsible for the operational activities of 19 facilities and nearly 300 employees.

Before accepting his current responsibilities, Mr. Taylor was Market Area Vice President – South for WM Recycle America.

Prior to joining Waste Management, Mr. Taylor served with the Maryland Department of the Environment as the State Recycling Coordinator. He received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Political Science and his Certificate of Public Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He subsequently earned his Master of Public Administration from the University of Delaware.
